It will be us......we will be old......we want the younger ones to care then....and care deeply and compassionately.
Our culture, particularly in America, is faced with the reality that will soon have many more people in our population who are senior citizens than are youthful. The challenges are as broad as each individual's perceptions about what it means to grow elderly; this is exactly why we are in need of a national movement. We need to organize and assemble a core philosophy that retains the dignity of all of our citizens -- young and old. We approach the issue of aging and the changes that accompany it as a lifestyle, where self awareness of attitude is at the core.
